1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AR Onion mobile application, the website aronion.wecoap.com and the related services (together, the "Service") provided by WECOAP Co,. LTD. ("the Company", "We", "Us"). By downloading, installing or using the Service, or by placing an order on the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. The Service

AR Onion is an augmented reality (AR) reader for Vietnamese fairy tales. The Service lets you read stories, listen to narration and, for AR-enabled titles, scan a printed book to bring its scenes to life on your device. Some features require a compatible device, a camera, an internet connection and the printed book that ships with the corresponding AR bundle.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes in the app or on the website.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You may delete your account at any time in the app Settings or through the account deletion page.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service or are used for unlawful purposes.

4. Orders and payment

Orders placed on the website are requests to purchase the printed AR Onion book. After you submit an order, our team will contact you by phone or email to confirm delivery details and payment. An order is only binding once we have confirmed it.

  • Prices are shown in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices apply only for the period announced.
  • Shipping fees, delivery times and gifts are described on the website at the time of the order.
  • Printing or manufacturing defects are replaced within 7 days of delivery; please contact our hotline with photos of the defect.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability of the product, and will refund any amount already paid.

5. Content and intellectual property

All stories, illustrations, 3D models, animations, audio, software, trademarks and other materials in the Service are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Traditional fairy tales are in the public domain; our adaptations, artwork and recordings are not.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and its content for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, extract assets from, or create derivative works of the Service or its content without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms children or other users;
  • interfere with the Service, its servers or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them;
  • use automated tools to scrape, download or overload the Service;
  • upload or share content that is offensive, infringing or violates the rights of others;
  • use the AR features while driving or in situations where they could cause injury to you or others. Always supervise children while they use the camera and AR features.

7. Children and parental supervision

The Service is designed to be enjoyed by children together with their parents. Accounts, purchases and requests must be made by an adult. Parents may configure reading limits and other controls in the app and are responsible for supervising their children's use of the device and the AR features.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product concerned.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, it will be submitted to the competent court in Vietnam.
